It is so easy to get caught up with filling your life with more patients, more procedures, more social activities, with the goal to earn, save and spend more and more money.  In the process of doing this, what is sacrificed is your body, your health, your sense of calm, and your family.

It is absolutely not necessary to work or to do work related activities six or seven days a week.  Set times for just you and your family.  Set priorities.  You will be infinitely more productive, happier, and able to enjoy each and every day.

None of us will live forever.  As you approach your last days, I am sure you will not say, “I should have worked more.”  Plan your life to make it the life of your dreams.
